About

An AI-native
infrastructure company.

From power to useful compute

INTERTIE.ai is an AI-native infrastructure company building a cloud for AI agents in production. Our three service areas are production inference and agent operations, enterprise post-training, and model access and routing. Customers can choose the services their workloads need. We are developing inference and agent-platform engineering in house, with GPU ownership, operations and renewal as part of our delivery model. Open models are deployed under their licences and closed models are accessed through authorized APIs. Services and the integrated platform remain in development. Supported capabilities, equipment rights, capacity and service commitments are verified and agreed for each project.

Our purpose

Help places build more reliable productive capacity, so the people who build it, those who use it, and local communities can benefit for the long term.

Our vision

A future where abundant, reliable compute expands what people can create, and the places that host it share in the progress.

Reliable compute is a physical capability: power, facilities, machines and people working together. We want its growth to expand what customers can achieve and contribute to the places that support it.

Our mission

To develop, own, operate and continually renew AI infrastructure and GPU compute, turn reliable power into useful computing capacity, and create lasting value for local communities.

Real customer workloads guide product development, engineering and delivery. The company may own, operate and renew GPUs or use third-party supply where appropriate. Facility, equipment and service rights are established separately for each project.

The name

A transmission link, built for compute.

An intertie connects power systems so energy can flow between them. Our name carries that idea into AI infrastructure: connect the physical foundations with useful compute and the people who depend on it.

Integrated company model: power, AI-ready campuses, company-owned GPU clusters and cloud operations.

Values in practice

01

Care in the work

Understand the conditions first. Build sound engineering, contracts and services, and reduce rework caused by premature commitments.

02

Reliability in practice

Define responsibilities, dates and service conditions. Verify acceptance against the agreement, address faults promptly and learn from them.

03

Honesty about what exists

Record ownership, development capacity, energization, deployment, customer availability and cash receipts separately. Correct outdated statements.

04

Stewardship over time

Consider maintenance, equipment renewal, cash recovery, staff capabilities and exit options alongside the initial investment.

05

Shared progress with communities

Address local employment, training, procurement, safety and resource impacts throughout site selection, construction and operations.

Places and people

Long-term value belongs in the project plan.

Local employment and training, procurement, safety, and power and resource impacts should be addressed through development and operations. The commitments and measures need to fit the place and the project.
