How to begin.

Choose your starting point

Start with your requirement or proposed role. Share a non-sensitive outline. We establish the initial fit, then complete the appropriate confidentiality and counterparty review before sensitive project documents are exchanged.

01 · Demand

I need AI cloud services.

For product and engineering teams putting AI agents into production, improving performance on their tasks or simplifying model access. Current outreach focuses on US customers. Data, model and deployment-location requirements are assessed for each project. Platform and services are in development; start with the workflow you need to run.

What to send

  1. Company, and who we would talk to.
  2. IT load, rack density and cooling requirements, with the equipment profile if known.
  3. Scope: GPU compute or colocation requirements, with the required deployment stage and service scope.
  4. Needed-by date and the term you have in mind.
  5. Region preferences or constraints — latency, data residency, export-control jurisdiction.

What qualifies

The first discussion identifies the required service and produces a workload brief, a technical fit assessment and a validation plan. Describe the task, models, tools and data rights, with targets for quality, latency, reliability and cost. Begin with non-sensitive information.

What happens next

  1. We reply personally and ask for whatever is missing.
  2. NDA and counterparty review before sensitive project documents are shared.
  3. Build a workload brief and a validation plan. Confirm software rights, integration, isolation, recovery and operating responsibilities. Capacity, dates and service commitments follow acceptance and agreed terms.

02 · Supply

I have power, a site, or capacity.

Utilities, landowners, data-center owners — and owners of existing high-density energy sites that can be repowered for AI workloads. Country or state is enough to start; coordinates and contracts are not.

What to send

  1. Company, and who controls the site.
  2. Location to country or state, and the stated capacity with its basis (utility supply, site load or IT load), plus the grid stage: connected, application or study.
  3. Timing: when it can be energized, and the phase plan.
  4. What exists today: land, shell, cooling, existing load.
  5. Ownership summary — who owns what, at a level we can look through later.

What qualifies

Bankable means a documented grid position or generation contract, site control, and an ownership chart we can look through. Repowered sites qualify on the same terms. An initial discussion can precede signed rights. We record the evidence and stage of each development requirement.

What happens next

  1. We reply personally and ask for whatever is missing.
  2. NDA and KYC, then a technical and compliance screen: grid, permits, ownership, export path.
  3. Assess the supply fit for customer workloads and identify the equipment, facility and operating responsibilities before agreeing a delivery scope.

03 · Delivery partners

I build or operate.

INTERTIE.ai is building the agent-cloud platform and retains its GPU ownership and operations model. Delivery partners bring defined engineering or operating capabilities. Specific responsibilities and interests are agreed per project.

Operators

Build and run · selected against our operator standard

What to send

  • Track record at scale — sites, megawatts, GPU counts.
  • Liquid-cooling capability and the densities you run.
  • Security posture and certifications.
  • Geographies you operate in, and who we would talk to.

What happens next

  • Review track record, technical capability and proposed responsibilities. The delivery and operating model is established for each project.
  • After confidentiality and counterparty review, define the proposed execution scope, service interfaces and next technical assessment with our team.

Financing

Not offered through this website

We do not seek investors or lenders through this website. Project financing is discussed only with existing counterparties under confidentiality. Any offer of securities would be made only through definitive offering documents and only to eligible investors.

The boundary

What is public, and what moves only after NDA.

Before NDA · initial discussion

General requirements, coarse location, capacity basis and project stage. Send only what is needed to establish whether a detailed discussion would be useful.

After NDA and KYC

Relevant parties, site details, rights, technical evidence, proposed terms and project documents are shared through a controlled process. Relevant fee, ownership and related-party interests are disclosed.

Your email goes to partner@intertie.ai for the team to assess and respond to your inquiry. Avoid sending sensitive documents in the first message. Nothing on this page is an offer, a commitment to deliver capacity, or a solicitation of any kind; figures are shared with their basis, date and status, and specific commitments require agreed project terms.
